- We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or injury prevention
3. Client Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:

- Comply with your employer's policies regarding workplace modifications

5. Payment Terms
For paid services:
- Payment is due as specified in your service agreement or invoice
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for full refund
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full
- Corporate programs are subject to individual contract terms

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Health Engine Inc., its owner, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website.
