Our ergonomic assessments and recommendations are advisory in nature. They are based on professional ergonomic principles and best practices, but:

  • They should not replace consultation with a healthcare professional for medical conditions
  • Results may vary based on individual circumstances and implementation
  • We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or injury prevention

3. Client Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your work environment and any relevant health conditions
  • Implement recommendations at your own discretion and risk
  • Consult appropriate healthcare providers for medical concerns
  • Comply with your employer's policies regarding workplace modifications

5. Payment Terms

For paid services:

  • Payment is due as specified in your service agreement or invoice
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for full refund
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full
  • Corporate programs are subject to individual contract terms

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Health Engine Inc., its owner, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
